Dr. Adrianna Strupp, PT, DPT, PRFS
Hi! I’m Dr. Adrianna Strupp!
I became a pelvic floor physical therapist because I know firsthand what it feels like to not have answers. When I first experienced pelvic floor dysfunction as a teenager, I was confused and frustrated. No one could explain what was happening in my own body. It was brushed off as just a “normal” part of being a woman. That experience never left me, and it made me the provider I am today. It gave me something that no degree ever could. I can sit across from a woman who is struggling and say, with complete honesty, I understand.
Over the past seven years, I have had the privilege of working with women through some of the most significant moments of their lives. Pregnancy, postpartum, fertility, menopause. These seasons are profound, they shape us, and they deserve care that honors that. I started Doe Wellness because I kept seeing the same gap in care. Strong, motivated women who were being underserved, overlooked, or handed programs that were never built for them in the first place.
This work is personal to me in every way. I show up to every session not just as a clinician, but as someone who genuinely cares about what happens to you. You are not a diagnosis or an appointment slot. You are a whole woman, and you deserve to be treated like one.
